Predictus (Android package app.predictus.game) — last updated 4 September 2026.

What the app is

Predictus is a game in which players make predictions about everyday questions using virtual coins only. Coins have no cash value, cannot be purchased, and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for anything. They are simply the player's score.

What we collect

We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or any account. The app generates one random anonymous identifier on first launch and records gameplay events against it: app opens, swipes, predictions made and resolved (in virtual coins), screens viewed, the visual theme in use, session length, and — on Android — the install referrer parameter of the store link that brought you, used solely to pick your initial theme. Crash reports may include device model and OS version.

What we do with it

Events are processed in PostHog (hosted in the United States) to measure which version of the app people enjoy — retention, session length and feature use, aggregated over anonymous identifiers. We do not sell data, show ads inside the app, or share data with anyone beyond the processors named here.

What we do not collect

No contacts, no location, no advertising identifiers, no payment details, no real money. Any market information shown in the app comes from our data provider; nothing about you is sent to them.

Children

Predictus is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

Deletion

The anonymous identifier lives on your device: uninstalling the app removes it, and no data we hold can be traced back to you afterwards. To request deletion of the events tied to your identifier, email us the identifier shown in the app's About screen.
